How To Use:

To freshen up a room, simply add a few drops to a diffuser and enjoy.  You can also add a few drops into a spray bottle, fill up with water, give a shake, and spray!

If applying topically, please dilute properly using a carrier oil.  Most vegetable oils can be used as a carrier oil, but some of the more popular ones include olive oil, grapeseed oil, sweet almond oil, and coconut oil.  We recommend starting with a 1% dilution.  You can gradually increase the percentage of peppermint oil to a level you feel comfortable with.

1% dilution = 1 drop essential oil to 1 tsp carrier oil.  5-6 drops per ounce (2 Tbsp).  20-24 drops per 1/2 cup.

Please avoid broken skin, mucous membranes, and sensitive areas.  If you accidentally apply essential oils to these areas and it begins to feel uncomfortable, flush the area with a carrier oil, not water.

A few drops in your favorite drink will add a minty flavor and help your digestive system.  We recommend hot cocoa or a herbal tea!
